Provides test operations technical support to sustain efficient operation. Performs set‑up of equipment as required by production, ensuring all test equipment is in good condition. Implements an effective Preventive Maintenance (PM) program and supports equipment qualification and machine buy‑off to ensure full compliance with operations. Conducts analysis, investigations, and develops corrective and preventive actions related to online performance, including productivity, quality, and safety. Interprets performance indicators and executes structured problem‑solving, ensuring rational, data‑driven decision‑making. Initiates equipment improvements and modifications based on data analysis to achieve departmental objectives.
