Responsibilities
- Assist Test Engineer to carry out all the test and de-bug related activities
- Perform hands‑on assembly & disassembly of testing equipment/device so that testing activities are in accordance to work instructions, test procedures and work schedule
- Review and clarify test requirement
- Execute testing based on the test cases
- Perform exploratory test and clarify test procedure when needed
- Perform troubleshooting and identify root causes for the issues and report the defects
- Record and document results
- Analyse failed toner cartridges from customer returns, investigating into specific causes for high failure rates, and finally documenting the findings
- Manage returns of failure toner cartridges: getting them back from the field to the office lab, sending parts to overseas, paperwork, facilitating customs clearance, etc
