Job Requirements
- Hands-on technical background (maintenance, repair, general trades)
- Strong prioritization skills, able to triage by location and urgency
- Root cause analysis mindset: fixes issues durably, not just temporarily
- Guest-oriented, comfortable interacting with guests professionally
- Autonomous and proactive; able to manage their own workload on-site
- German required; basic English a plus
- Driver's license expected
