Technician, Buildings, Development and security

Temporary position for 12 months.

As a property management, build-out and safety technician, you assist with fire prevention and building safety and management. You also assist with build-outs and serve as technical expert, providing discipline‑specific support for your unit’s activities, initiatives, and processes. You research and analyze processes, information management, and data processing to solve technically complex problems, recommending ways to adjust methods and procedures for effectiveness and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for projects and simple and complex operational issues.
• Plan and coordinate rollout and maintenance of software, manual and automated processes.
• Train users.
• Prepare technical notes to enhance the skills and knowledge of users and their teams.
• Help practitioners follow your unit’s standards and processes and use its business solutions, tools and systems.
