Purpose Of Job/Job Objective

Responsible as a mobile field technician for installations and maintenance of consumer products and solutions within the geographic service area to ensure adherence to quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities Field Service (50%) Field service including technical product installation, deinstallation and maintenance on Powerfleet Retail product range. Ensure technical procedures and work instructions are always adhered to. Ensure timeous arrival at scheduled work and client premises. Ensure all work is carried out in line with related procedures and fitment instructions. Ensure highest level of client services is rendered during the field service. Ensure daily communication to administrator and manager on site progress. Escalate issues timeously regarding delays, stock and vehicle related issues.
