Our L2 team delivers, operates, innovates, and evolves network services for Bell’s largest Managed Services customer. You will work on MISN, IPVPN and SDWAN services.
Main Job Duties / Accountabilities
- Provide support to various Managed Services customers (including MACDs, incidents, changes and projects)
- Work closely with L3 support to resolve complex incidents
- Ensure all SLAs are met
- Participate in onboarding process for new clients
- Manage services following Bell Canada processes, tools and best practices
