The Technician 3, Facilities is responsible for performing advanced preventive and corrective maintenance for facility systems to ensure safe, reliable, and continuous operations. This role requires the ability to work independently, troubleshoot complex issues, support operational uptime, and contribute to continuous improvement within a mission-critical manufacturing environment.
Facilities Maintenance & Operations
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and utility systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex equipment issues with minimal supervision.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities systems and infrastructure to identify abnormalities or potential risks.
- Respond promptly to facility emergencies to minimize operational disruption.
- Support installation, modification, and upgrade of facility equipment and systems.
