- Diploma in any Engineering
Preferred
- Work on a 12-hour shift rotation.
- Perform machine preventive maintenance and maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Act as the first line of response for unscheduled machine downtime and quality-related issues.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments to support operational efficiency.
- Able to respond to sudden changes and work effectively under pressure to restore machine operations within a short timeframe.
Skills
- Capable of analyzing and providing detailed feedback on major equipment downtime, including chronological events and corrective actions taken.
- Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) is an added advantage.
- Possess strong knowledge of Automation and Control Systems.
