Technical Writer, Self-service, Google Cloud

Minimum qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in technical writing, product documentation, or online publishing (e.g., writing technical customer-facing materials or online content)
- Experience writing and publishing public-facing content, such as blog posts or help center articles
- Experience with information architecture
- Ability to speak and write in English fluently
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in customer service in enterprise/cloud environments
- Experience managing a help center or other knowledge bases
- Experience in vendor operations management or overseeing vendor operations programs
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities
- Team oriented, with the ability to work successfully with cross-functional teams
- Understanding of technical concepts involved in cloud computing (e.g., containers, networks, apps, etc.)
