Technical Writer - OpenText

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing high-quality documentation for our eSignature solution.

They will work closely with developers, QA, product team, and other stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation such as:
  • User guides
  • API documentation
  • Release notes
  • Installation and configuration manuals
  • Knowledge base articles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Development Team) to gather and validate technical information.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, consistent, and aligned with product updates and releases.
