Technical Writer / Documentation Specialist

Role Summary

We are looking for a Technical Writer to lead the creation and management of technical documentation for key products (RTU, T300/Janus, T500). The objective is to ensure high‑quality, scalable, and sustainable documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain technical documentation (manuals, guides, FAQs, release notes).
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, QA and technical support.
• Define and improve documentation standards and processes.
• Manage the full documentation lifecycle (creation, review, publishing, updates).
• Leverage AI tools as a core part of daily work to generate, structure, and optimize content.
• Improve documentation to reduce support incidents.
• Ensure consistency across products.
• Support functional testing activities to inform documentation creation and ensure alignment with real product behavior.
