Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar role within IT projects.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in preparing project reports and documentation in the form of presentations, documents, and Excel spreadsheets, including progress reports, project timelines, and risk/issue logs.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and a disciplined work ethic.
- Bachelor's Degree (D4/S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or possession of equivalent relevant IT certifications.
- Experienced in using documentation and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office and Confluence.
