Technical Training Staff will be in-charge of the following:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for curriculum development both classroom based and online training.
- Perform administrative duties including training status report.
- Prepares training program and planning.
- Analyze Dealer network aftersales skill level both soft skill and technical skills requirement.
- Facilitate and conduct FUSO curriculum based technical training.
- Maintain a database of all training materials.
- Aid in Dealer technical inquiries and assistance.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Mechanical Engineering/Automotive or any related course.
- With at least 2 years of experience in related field.
- Experience in automotive is an advantage.
- Must know how to drive with valid Driver’s license.
