Advanced World Systems, Inc. (AWS) is looking for a Full-time Technical Trainer who will play a key role in training and developing future software engineers under our ACTION program. If you're passionate about teaching and have a strong foundation in programming, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and hands-on technical training for entry-level engineers
- Design and update training modules and materials
- Guide trainees in mastering programming languages and development tools
- Monitor and evaluate trainee performance and progress
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of work experience as a software developer
- Strong organizational and communication skills
