Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging instructor‑led technical and enablement training programs to customers, partners, and internal audiences
- Maintain and update training materials to reflect product enhancements and evolving business requirements
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content remains accurate and relevant
- Design, create, and maintain hands‑on technical assessments and certification exercises
- Support scoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement of certification and partner program content
- Manage client relationships and expectations for assigned accounts
