Technical Test Manager – Intermediate (2‐5 years)

Duties and Responsibilities
Provide status and present team results on different forums.
Define, plan, and monitor testing activities based on program increments and deadlines.
Manage and analyze Jira data and generate KPIs to measure team performance.
Lead scrum events (daily scrum and sprint planning).
Identify and manage hardware dependencies for end‐to‐end testing.
Desired Skills & Experience
Minimum Requirements
College or university degree in engineering or a related discipline.
Effective communication skills (oral and written).
More than one year of experience in program management.
More than one year of experience in software testing.
Teamwork and proactive attitude.
Proficiency in English.
Resilience and willingness to take on new assignments.
