Technical Test Manager – Intermediate (2‑5 years)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide status and present team results on different forums.
• Define, plan, and monitor testing activities based on program increments and deadlines.
• Manage and analyze Jira data and generate KPIs to measure team performance.
• Lead scrum events (daily scrum and sprint planning).
• Identify and manage hardware dependencies for end‑to‑end testing.

Minimum Requirements

• College or university degree in engineering or a related discipline.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• More than one year of experience in program management.
