Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 6–12 developers to deliver high‑quality applications within an Agile framework.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Architects to assess feasibility of proposed changes, break down work, clarify priorities, and estimate effort for each sprint.
• Work hands‑on with developers and QA to ensure implementations are cohesive and align with system design and technical requirements.
• Promote software development best practices – review pull requests, encourage knowledge sharing, monitor quality, and maintain testable, maintainable, performant code.
• Coach developers through onboarding, coding, testing, release management, debugging, and bug fixing.
