Technical System Analyst

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from insurance stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
• Work closely with development, QA, architecture, and integration teams
• Perform system impact analysis for changes across insurance platforms
• Support end‑to‑end delivery across policy lifecycle (quote → bind → endorsement → renewal → claims → settlement)
• Analyze data mapping, APIs, and batch interfaces between insurance systems
• Create and maintain BRD, FRD, FSD, TSD, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Skills/Requirement

• Should have 5+ years of IT business analyst or System analyst experiences
