Technical Support Training Lead – Onsite in Taguig

Redient Security is seeking an experienced Trainer II to deliver onboarding, technical, and product training for Helpdesk and Technical Support teams. You will conduct sessions on digital advertising, help agents achieve high performance, and create assessment materials.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4+ years of experience in a BPO environment, a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and knowledge of tools like Salesforce and Google Ads. The position requires you to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig.
