Provide technical expertise and support, assisting on-site or remotely to field technicians with installations, maintenance, upgrades, and repairs for the wind turbine’s electrical system.

Your Tasks

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical/service issues, develop and document technical solutions in Incident and communicate measures to the respective requestors.


• Create knowledge articles and troubleshooting guidelines.


• Identify clusters and prepare issues for product failure analysis and align with relevant stakeholders (ENG, TPM and TM), regional claim handler.
