- Resolution of conflicts, doubts or complaints.
- Outgoing calls to clients.
**Qualifications**:- High school completed.
- Minimum experience of 6 months in activities related to the customer support.
- Availability to work different shifts, either day or night.
- Availability to work from the office.
- PC knowledge at the confident user level- Google products knowledge: Google SheetsGoogle Docs)- Grammatically correct in written and verbal- Competent verbal and written communication.
- Native language speaker Spanish- Typing skills (min. 100 words per minute)
