- 2 years as a Technical Support Specialist, providing equipment support and maintenance, and creating user accounts.
- Completed degree in Engineering or Bachelor's in Systems, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
- Intermediate English (B1-B2) is required; evaluation will be conducted.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
- Location: Guadalajara, Zapopan, ZMG (on-site work).

- Review the company’s IT systems to ensure all aspects function efficiently.
- Maintain all aspects of the company’s IT infrastructure.
- Create and implement processes for the IT department.
- Manage IT incidents (ticket tracking and resolution).
- Oversee hardware and software updates and installations, identify malfunctions, and resolve any issues with the IT systems.
