Technical Support Specialist – Email Deliverability & DNS

Iyrix Technologies is seeking Technical Customer Support Specialists to be the first line of trust for our customers in Lahore, Pakistan. You will resolve technical issues, handle inbound queries, and support customers with email configuration and software.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in technical support, strong command of email infrastructure, and be proficient with common support tools. A competitive salary of Rs 70,000 to 100,000/month plus commission is offered.
