Technical Support Associate – Barcelona
We are looking for a curious, resourceful, and detail‑oriented Technical Support Associate to join our growing Tech and Product team in Barcelona.
Flowbox is a fast‑scaling SaaS company founded in 2016. Our platform enables brands to collect, manage, and publish User Generated Content (UGC) across their marketing and e‑commerce channels. Earlier this year Flowbox acquired the Danish company Dreaminfluence, a leading influencer marketing platform. Post‑acquisition Flowbox now serves more than 1,000 customers, reports close to €9M in ARR, and employs over 60 people across offices in Stockholm, Barcelona, Amsterdam, and Copenhagen.
