We’re looking for an experienced Tier 3 Technical Support professional with a strong SaaS and eCommerce background to support our B2B clients.
Responsibilities
- Handle Tier 3 technical support and complex issue resolution
- Manage product listings, including SKU setup and maintenance
- Assist B2B clients with technical and platform-related concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams for escalations and resolutions
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year Tier 3 Technical Support experience
- Strong eCommerce experience (Amazon, Shopify, Gorgias)
- Experience in product listing and SKU management
Work Set-Up
- Full onsite training in Double Dragon, Pasay
- Transition to hybrid setup upon client approval: 3 days WFH, 2 days onsite
