What will you do in this role?

As a Level 3 Support Engineer, you will be the first line of defense for critical production environments. Your mission will be to ensure operational stability, resolve complex incidents, and optimize support processes. You will be part of a team of highly skilled engineers who tackle technical challenges on a daily basis.

Your main responsibilities will include

  • Analyze and resolve incidents in production environments.
  • Identify error patterns and propose permanent fixes.
  • Automate alerts and processes to reduce manual intervention.
  • Document procedures and create support runbooks for future use.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, internal and external clients to resolve critical issues.
  • Propose architectural improvements and suggest process optimizations.
