The Enterprise Profile Platforms Services team implements, integrates, and maintains end‑to‑end travel technology solutions and seeks technology savvy individuals to join us.
Responsibilities
- Upload files to Online Booking Tools to create, update, and delete traveler profiles.
- Monitor, triage, and work fallout when records in initial upload files fail.
- Upload log files to shared drive to enable faster troubleshooting.
- Adhere to SLAs, contractual agreements, and legal compliance.
- Identify improvement opportunities and determine solutions to achieve business goals.
- Work with ambiguous definitions or requirements and produce tangible solutions.
