We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Technical Support Intern to join our team at DialerMatrix (internship lead to job). Eligibility
BS Computer Science (BSCS) student with at least 6 completed semesters, or
Fresh graduate in BSCS or a related field
Only apply if willing to work in USA Shift (Pakistan Time: 06 PM to 04 AM)
Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
Respond to user queries and resolve technical problems efficiently
Assist with software installations, system configurations, and routine maintenance
Document support activities and solutions
Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary
