We are looking for a hands-on, customer-focused Technical Support & Implementation Executive to join our growing Singapore team. This role combines technical expertise with customer service, ensuring our clients have a smooth implementation experience and ongoing operational support.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Installation

• Install and configure POS systems at customer sites.

• Set up receipt printers, kitchen printers, KDS, cash drawers, barcode scanners and payment terminals.

• Configure menus, user accounts, printers and outlet settings.

• Perform system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before go-live.

• Conduct onsite and remote staff training.
