Technical Support Group Officer

The Technical Support Group Officer provides engineering and technical assistance to internal departments, clients, and field operations.

• The role ensures timely resolution of technical issues, supports project implementation, manages documentation, and facilitates the continuous improvement of engineering systems and services.
• In-charge of the programming, Testing and Commissioning aspect of the project cycle.
• In-charge of the training of the client for Project Turn-over.
• In-charge of coordinating with suppliers in terms of technical queries
• Conduct periodic site visits to assess technical performance and provide engineering support.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in coordination with engineering and field teams.
• Support project teams in technical evaluations, system testing, and product implementation.
