• Determine tech support pain areas
• Provide feedback to Tech Advisors and PG teams
• Achieve issue resolution and team goals in a timely manner
• Participate in the creation of future Microsoft support capabilities
• Fluency in Spanish (native-level) and English
• Familiarity with M365 technology (SPO, EXO) - required
• Basic skills in Active Directory troubleshooting (users, mailboxes) - required
• Knowledge of Basic API and Networking - required
• Understanding of Basic programming (Python, C#) - preferred
