Cooling / Air‑Conditioning Technician or Engineer
We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer‑focused Technician or Engineer to provide remote (telephone‑based) technical support for computer room and data center cooling applications. In this role, you will act as a key technical reference for our customers, leveraging your solid experience in the cooling industry — particularly with DX and chilled‑water systems — to support both pre‑sales and post‑sales activities.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support and guidance to customers via telephone and email.
Assist customers with product selection, system design, and troubleshooting.
