About the Role
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for customers, resolving product and technical issues while ensuring a smooth trial and ongoing experience. You’ll support deployments, manage server environments, and troubleshoot software and configuration challenges across Windows and Linux systems. This role offers hands‑on exposure to networking, web technologies, and database management, empowering you to drive operational excellence while collaborating with customers and internal teams.
What You Will Do
