Cartrack is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to support OEM integrations and the Fleet API. The role focuses on technical investigation, API usage, and data-driven diagnosis, with time split between OEM integrations (60%), Fleet API support (30%), and documentation (10%).

You will analyze data, reproduce issues, and communicate findings to customers and partners while growing into a subject matter expert.
