Responsibilities
- Responsible for on-site survey, supervise, testing, commissioning and maintenance of IPTV/OTT productions, such as Servers, Applications and Terminals.
- Delivery the IPTV/OTT network follow the network design.
- Provide technical support to customers through remote and on-site trouble‑shooting.
- Good communication with teams, including customers, third parties and team members.
- Good documents skill.
- Diploma in Telecommunications/PC servers Engineering or other related field of study
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in relative environment involving Telecommunications/PC servers/IPTV/OTT.
- Relative technical support skills in IPTV/OTT will be preferred.
- Able to work well in a fast-paced changing environment.
- Must be able to communicate effectively.
