About the Role

Com4 delivers B2B connectivity to companies that sell connected devices. We provide mobile data subscriptions, hardware, SIM cards and support across Norway, Europe, and global coverage. The role supports customers with hardware, SIM cards, subscription management, and helps them use the Connectivity Management Platform (CMP).

Responsibilities

  • Respond to B2B support inquiries.
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support (primarily 2nd line tasks).
  • Collaborate with technical 3rd line support and the sales organization.
  • Handle logistics and organization related to orders, shipments, and warehouse management of SIM cards, routers, and hardware.
  • Assist in deploying systems and support customers in progress as needed.
  • Assist customers with setup and use of the Connectivity Management Platform (CMP).
  • Communicate effectively in both Norwegian and English, spoken and written.
