Airswift is looking for a Technical Support Engineer Location: Mexico City (CDMX) or Brazil (São Paulo/other cities)
Work Model: Hybrid (3x per week in office, based on client needs)

We are seeking a Technical Support Enginee r with hands-on technical experience to support global clients using HMI/SCADA solutions.
This role involves technical support, deployment, and collaboration with international stakeholders
Provide technical support for company applications
Support deployment, configuration, and maintenance of client projects
Troubleshoot issues via email, phone, and remote connections
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
English: Experience with relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, or similar)
C, C++, C#, or Visual Basic
Spanish proficiency
