Technical Support Engineer - Monterrey Main responsibilities: Project issue management: Helping the client to solve technical problems and being able to communicate about these problems to improve the technical support processes. Project review, engineering, BOQs and solutions considered for projects. Strong support Pre Sales team for BOQs through a POC. Understand customer requirements about products, provide feedback to product department for product improvement, and perform project and solution design processes. Analyze the practical needs of customers, provide solutions for the customer, and improve customer satisfaction. Based on the project requirements, provide the solution and complete the implementation.
