The Technical Support Engineer T1 will handle content management system tasks, including publishing content and supporting in-country administrators to troubleshoot CMS‑related technical issues.
Qualifications
- Technical University degree
- Background in ITIL Foundation is a plus
- Background in Scrum Agile Framework is a plus
- Has knowledge in using Google Workspace
- Has content developer experience
