About the Opportunity
This role sits within AADI Global Solutions Inc.'s dedicated technical support team supporting a fast
growing logistics technology company and the provider of multi-carrier shipping and fulfillment
platform. The Technical Support Engineer will be embedded in an offshore technical support
function responsible for L1 triage (Secondary role based only on requirement basis), escalation
handling, and L2/L3 production support (Primary Role) for their platform as well as broader
backend systems.
This is a technical, engineering-oriented support role rather than a front-line customer service role.
