Overview
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to help support and maintain Vidispine platforms and services. In this role, you will work with internal teams and customers to troubleshoot issues, support system stability, and contribute to a positive user experience.
What you’ll do
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and support resolution of technical issues
- Communicate clearly with users and stakeholders to provide guidance and updates
- Contribute to maintaining a reliable and stable platform environment
- Create and maintain documentation to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to address more complex issues
- Support ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in an on-call rotation to help support service continuity
