**Required Skills**:- University degree in Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering- 1.5 year experience in a technical support/help desk environment- Very good command of English- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to learn quickly and teach others- Motivated by solving problems and helping others- Competent in Windows systems, MS Office tools and other systems will be an advantage- Experience in M2M telematics would be a competitive advantage**Responsibilities**:- Manage customer expectations of response time and issue resolution- Troubleshoot and reproduce problems and define workarounds- Work with the engineering team on the more complex issues- Reports and direct subordination to the Regional Manager in Mexico.
