Required Skills
University degree in Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering
1.5 year experience in a technical support/help desk environment
Very good command of English
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to learn quickly and teach others
Motivated by solving problems and helping others
Competent in Windows systems, MS Office tools and other systems will be an advantage
Experience in M2M telematics would be a competitive advantage
Responsibilities
Manage customer expectations of response time and issue resolution
Troubleshoot and reproduce problems and define workarounds
Work with the engineering team on more complex issues
Reports and direct subordination to the Regional Manager in Mexico
