**Technical Support Engineer for GTAC, Latin America level**
**Position Description**:
- Responsible to Ensured SLA's are achieved and client expectations are met by consistently troubleshooting and monitoring to ensure maximum possible service availability and performance.
- Able to collect logs, sense customer attitude, and Troubleshoot Problems, Track all Issues and Report Incidents.
- Establish a good relationship with customers externally and work closely with them to promote company imagine to customers.
- Provide expertise on system performance tuning, capacity planning, and maintenance patching and new version installation.
- Develop and maintain standard templates for repeatable build outs.
- PIan and implement small to medium scale changes on production systems.
- Analyze and assess the impact and risk of small to medium risk changes on production systems.
