From HCL we are seeking a skilled WMS L2 Support Engineer to provide functional and technical support for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). The role focuses on supporting end‑to‑end warehouse operations, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring seamless system integrations during business‑critical operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 (L2) support for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) across multiple warehouse operations.
  • Support core warehouse processes including inbound, outbound, inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, and dispatch.
  • Perform SQL‑based data analysis to investigate issues, validate data, and conduct root cause analysis (RCA).
  • Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot EDI transactions and resolve integration failures with upstream and downstream systems.
  • Coordinate with business users, internal IT teams, and external partners to ensure timely issue resolution.
