Technical Support Engineer - Monterrey Responsibilities
  • Project issue management: Helping the client to solve technical problems and being able to communicate about these problems to improve the technical support processes.
  • Project review, engineering, BOQs and solutions considered for projects.
  • Strong support Pre Sales team for BOQs through a POC.
  • Understand customer requirements about products, provide feedback to product department for product improvement, and perform project and solution design processes.
  • Analyze the practical needs of customers, provide solutions for the customer, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Based on the project requirements, provide the solution and complete the implementation.
  • Cooperate with the sales team to deal with the progress of different projects and manage project status, forecast project risk and provide the best solution.
