We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer with a strong technical background and a service-oriented mindset to join our team. This role focuses on end-to-end application support, production incident diagnosis, and hands-on problem solving across both frontend and backend systems. The ideal candidate will handle production incidents by working with logs and data, and by applying direct fixes in Angular and .NET to resolve recurring or well-identified issues. This position is designed for someone who not only detects problems but also delivers effective solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support requests via Teams, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Review and manage tickets in GLPI, SharePoint, and JIRA, ensuring accurate documentation, proper prioritization, and full lifecycle tracking.
