We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our expanding team in Latin America region. You will be part of an integral support team, providing customers' technical support related to our innovative NIQ Activate product, and work with NielsenIQ customer success managers and other stakeholders to adequately troubleshoot and resolve customers inquiries and technical issues, and fulfill incoming requests such as users' setups and more.
Responsibilities
- Provide enterprise level technical external and internal support to our customers and prospects via a support ticketing system and within SLAs.
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer technical issues.
- Collaborate internally and support the technical onboarding of new customers including users’ set‑ups, configurations, etc.
