Responsible for providing technical support, managing Linux servers, diagnosing software and hardware issues, and supporting field devices (MNVR / IoT systems). The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability, fast issue resolution, and continuous improvement of the IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 (L1/L2) technical support
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux servers (Ubuntu Server)
- Monitor system performance and analyze logs to identify issues
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and storage problems (SSD, eMMC, SATA)
- Support MNVR / IoT devices and ensure operational stability
- Perform software and hardware testing and document results
